Hello from France! We are Brian and Cara serving in Douvaine, France. We have three boys, Ryder (2016), Cody (2008), and Darrin (2004). Our heart at Salley Ministries is to reach the nation of France, one soul and one village at a time. Currently we are working full time in the harvest fields in the villages of France. We are helping to oversee a strategic church plant in Douvaine, France. With over 36,000 villages in France and only 3,000 having ANY church, the harvest truly is plentiful in France!

Child Care/Baby Sitting? Yes – for Cody and Ryder, especially with pick up and drop off for school and after school care

Other duties or comments: Primary duty is help with the children to free up Mom to pursue language learning and help with ministry for our current church plant. If able and willing, there may be some opportunities to serve in the church plant along with your individual gifting or desire.
Desired start date: Winter term (Jan – March), or Spring term (April – June) 2020
Hours/day: 11:50 am – 6:00 pm
Days/week: 4 days M-F, + Sundays during church/fellowship 10 am – 4 pm
Food charge? No. As long as she is comfortable with our meal selections.
Other expenses: Would need personal expenditures, personal travel during time off, food while away from the family, etc. All meals with family will be provided.

I’net/cell service? Yes – we will provide a sim card with cell service if they have an unlocked phone.

Anything else? We have had people stay and help us previously with great experiences working in our home and with our family. We can also provide references upon request. We look forward to working with the right person and offering an opportunity for them to explore and enjoy the French culture and countryside while doing so.
